Soft cushioning under the heel
The heel cushion provides a soft, cushioned feel under the heel during everyday activities - for example at work, on walks, and on other occasions when you wear shoes for a long time.

Use
Place the heel cushion at the back of the shoe with the microfiber side facing up. Make sure it lies flat and comfortably under the heel.
