Three features in one insole

The insoles combine three features that make long days on your feet more comfortable:

a gel cushion in the heel that absorbs shocks
a contoured arch that provides a natural feeling of support
a ventilated forefoot that keeps your foot dry

The upper surface is smooth and stays in place inside the shoe.

The model fits most shoes with removable insoles - work shoes, sneakers, walking shoes and boots. Use the marked cutting lines to adjust the length precisely to your shoe.

How to insert the insoles

Remove the shoe's original insole and use it as a template. Cut along the nearest marked line, insert the insole with the gel cushion facing the heel, and check that it lies flat. If possible, wear the insoles for a few hours a day at first, until your foot gets used to the arch support.
